Due to the ongoing challenges of rising business costs this we have reduced the frequency of our packaging and dispatch days from twice weekly to once weekly. This is usually every Monday. It can therefore, be up to 5 working days before your order is dispatched and 10 working days during busy periods such as Christmas. If you are reading this, you have likely received our offer for some tableware you are seeking to sell, and just read the bit, maybe with a little disappointment, that says, "This offer is non-negotiable." So, why don't we negotiate? To save time! Unlike many of our competitors we don't believe in making a deliberately low offer with a view to negotiating backwards and forwards. Sadly, we can't buy everything

If you are reading this you have likely received an email from us declining your offer to sell us your pre-loved china. We are genuinely sorry about that, but as the title of this document says, "... we can't buy everything." We understand that for some people, a simple "No thank you" is not enough and some explanation is required.
