Delivery Information

The above is an estimate based on our current workload and staffing levels.
We do our best to process and pack all orders within 2–4 working days (this is before courier transit time - see below). At busy times this may take a little longer, so our guaranteed maximum processing time is within 10 working days of receiving your order.
If you’ve already placed an order and need something urgently for an event or special occasion, please get in touch; we’ll always do what we can to help. Unfortunately we’re not able to offer scheduled delivery dates.
Orders paid by e-cheque will be processed and dispatched on the next working day after the payment has cleared.
Once your order has been processed, it is normally dispatched on our next courier collection day (usually Monday, Wednesday or Friday) when it's passed to the courier for delivery.

🏢 Deliveries to Commercial Addresses
Delivery to UK commercial addresses (such as hotels and large offices) is at the customer’s risk due to the increased likelihood of parcels being misrouted or misplaced.
We accept the courier’s tracking information, including delivery photos or location mapping, as proof of delivery.
We do not deliver to overseas commercial addresses unless an EORI number is provided.
🌍 International Delivery
We deliver to most of Europe (excluding Italy and Spain), Australasia, the Far East, the Middle East (excluding UAE), Canada and the USA.
You can obtain a shipping quote in your basket before checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or commercial addresses outside the UK.
For orders under 2kg we usually use Royal Mail International and partner networks.
For heavier parcels we mainly use DPD within Europe, and DHL for USA, Canada and Rest of World.
Service choice may vary depending on destination. We reserve the right to use the safest and most reliable option available.
⚠️ Customs & Import Charges
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to local import taxes, duties or handling fees, payable by the customer.
MrPottery Ltd ships on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Since 1 January 2021 this applies to all EU member states.
NB We do not have shop premises and do not therefore offer a collection service for local or passing customers due to insurance restrictions.
