The above is an estimate based on our current workload and staffing levels.
We do our best to process and pack all orders within 2–4 working days (this is before courier transit time - see below). At busy times this may take a little longer, so our guaranteed maximum processing time is within 10 working days of receiving your order.
If you’ve already placed an order and need something urgently for an event or special occasion, please get in touch; we’ll always do what we can to help. Unfortunately we’re not able to offer scheduled delivery dates.
Orders paid by e-cheque will be processed and dispatched on the next working day after the payment has cleared.
Once your order has been processed, it is normally dispatched on our next courier collection day (usually Monday, Wednesday or Friday) when it's passed to the courier for delivery.

🏢 Deliveries to Commercial Addresses
Delivery to UK commercial addresses (such as hotels and large offices) is at the customer’s risk due to the increased likelihood of parcels being misrouted or misplaced.
We accept the courier’s tracking information, including delivery photos or location mapping, as proof of delivery.
We do not deliver to overseas commercial addresses unless an EORI number is provided; or PO Boxes.
🌍 International Delivery
We deliver to most of Europe (excluding Ukraine), Australasia, the Far East, the Middle East (excluding Palestinian Territories), Canada and the USA.
You can obtain a shipping quote in your basket before checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. We can ship to commercial addresses outside the UK only where a valid EORI number is provided.
For orders under 2kg we usually use Royal Mail International and partner networks. For heavier parcels we mainly use DPD within Europe, and DHL for USA, Canada and Rest of World. Orders to Germany, Denmark and Luxembourg are sent using supported FedEx or DHL duty-paid services, with applicable import charges dealt with at checkout.
Service choice may vary depending on destination. We reserve the right to use the safest and most reliable option available.
⚠️ Customs & Import Charges
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to local import taxes, duties or handling fees.
Germany, Denmark & Luxembourg
Recent changes to customs and carrier arrangements mean that we can no longer reliably send orders to these countries on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Orders are therefore sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Any applicable import taxes and duties are calculated and dealt with at checkout, so there should be no additional customs charge on delivery. Because these orders must use supported DDP carrier services, delivery costs may be higher than for other EU destinations.
Other EU countries
For other EU destinations we currently continue to ship on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis because the delivery networks we use still support this arrangement. This means that any local import VAT, customs duty or handling fees are payable by the customer and may be collected by customs or the local delivery operator before delivery.
Customs and carrier arrangements within the EU continue to evolve, and we may need to extend the DDP arrangement to other countries in future. We will update this page whenever this changes.
NB We do not have shop premises and do not therefore offer a collection service for local or passing customers due to insurance restrictions.
