Returns Policy

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll do our best to sort things out straight away.

If you’d like to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receipt. Once the item arrives back with us safely, we’ll refund you in full, including your original delivery cost — no questions asked.

Please contact us before sending anything back. In some cases a return may not be necessary, and if it is we will advise on the easiest and safest way to return your item.

Who pays the return postage will depend on the circumstances, but we’ll explain this clearly when you contact us.

Items should be returned in their original packaging wherever possible, or packed with similar care to ensure they arrive back safely, as we’re unable to refund items damaged in transit during return.
