We want you to be happy with your order, and we back everything we send with our No-Quibble Guarantee. If something isn’t quite right, just let us know and we’ll help put it right as simply as possible.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we’ll do our best to sort things out straight away.
You also have the right to cancel your order before it has been fulfilled. If you wish to cancel before your order has been sent, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange this for you.
If you’d like to return an item, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Where an order is delivered in more than one parcel or includes items delivered separately, this 14-day period starts from the day you receive the last item in your order. This period includes weekends and public holidays, but if the final day falls on a non-working day, the deadline will extend to the next working day.
You can exercise your right to cancel or return an order by contacting us directly, or by using any self-serve cancellation or returns option made available through your order or customer account.
Once you have told us that you’d like to return an item, you then have 14 days to send it back to us. Once the item arrives back with us safely, or once you have provided proof that it has been sent back, we’ll refund you in full, including your original delivery cost — no questions asked.
Please contact us before sending anything back. In some cases a return may not be necessary, and if it is we will advise on the easiest and safest way to return your item.
Who pays the return postage will depend on the circumstances, but we’ll explain this clearly when you contact us.
Items should be returned in their original packaging wherever possible, or packed with similar care to ensure they arrive back safely, as we’re unable to refund items damaged in transit during return.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under the laws of England and Wales or, where applicable, EU consumer protection law.
