We operate a "No Quibble Guarantee". If you are unhappy with your goods in any way simply return them to us and we will refund you in full including the cost of the original delivery, subject to the safe return of the goods within the reasonable timescales detailed below. Here's how...
If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 7 days of receipt to let us know. We will do our best to sort out whatever the problem is there and then.
Should you wish to return any or all of the order, you may do so within 14 days of receipt, and subject to their safe arrival we will refund you in full, no questions asked.
Responsibility for the cost of the return postage will depend on the circumstances of the return.
We recommend returning parcels under 3kg via Royal Mail 2nd Class Parcel or Tracked 48. Always obtain proof of posting along with a receipt. Items over 3kg may be returned via Parcelforce 48, but please discuss options with us first as we may be able to arrange collection under our contract.
Items should be returned in the original packaging. If you have already disposed of the original packaging then we recommend using something similar and packing it with the same care as we will not refund items broken in transit on their way back to us. NB.We will not reimburse the cost of buying replacement packaging if you have already disposed of the original packaging.
Returns should be sent to the address on the invoice enclosed with your order.
This policy does not affect your consumer rights under the laws of England and Wales.
