Grindley

Poterie Grindley
Grindley Pottery a été fondée en 1880 sous le nom de WH Grindley par William Harry Grindley. À l'origine, il s'agissait d'un partenariat avec Alfred Meakin sur le site de Newfield Pottery, mais en 1884, ils se séparèrent et Grindley continua seul. En 1891, la poterie a été transférée à la Woodland Pottery.
En 1960, WH Grindley fut repris par Alfred Clough et l'entreprise fut rebaptisée Grindley of Stoke. En 1982, elle a été rachetée par Federated Potteries, mais a été rachetée sous le nom de WH Grindley en 1988. Malheureusement, ils ont été mis sous séquestre en 1991 et ont été repris par Woodlands Pottery.
