Coalport "Indian Tree (Octagonal)"

Coalport Indian Tree (Octagonal) is a lovely example of the Indian Tree design which was produced prolifically with variations by many different potteries, the earliest of which was by Coalport in 1809. Indian Tree was manufactured by Aynsley for a number of years. This is the earlier wavy edge version with octaganol shapes. Watch out for the miniature versions which were also made in this design and are highly sought after amongst collectors.
