St Michael "Connaught"

St Michael Connaught was sold by Marks & Spencer under the St Michael name and is one of the retailer's more refined fine bone china ranges. The pattern is decorated with a red, black and gold border, giving it a smart, formal appearance while keeping the centre of each piece clean and white.

Connaught shares its shape with the closely related St Michael Felsham and St Michael Pemberton ranges. The three patterns are best told apart by their colour, border treatment and accent detailing, so it is worth comparing those features carefully when matching pieces.
