Read more about Connaught

St Michael Connaught was sold by Marks & Spencer under the St Michael name and is one of the retailer's more refined fine bone china ranges. The pattern is decorated with a red, black and gold border, giving it a smart, formal appearance while keeping the centre of each piece clean and white.

Connaught shares its shape with the closely related St Michael Felsham and St Michael Pemberton ranges. The three patterns are best told apart by their colour, border treatment and accent detailing, so it is worth comparing those features carefully when matching pieces.

The range was made across dinnerware, tea ware and serving pieces, including plates, bowls, cups, saucers, gravy boats, tureens, jugs, teapots and small table accessories. Some pieces, such as accent plates or serving ware, may show wider areas of the red banding than others.

As St Michael Connaught is discontinued tableware, replacement pieces are usually found through the pre-loved market. Availability can vary, but individual plates, bowls, tea wares and serving pieces are useful for completing a set, extending an occasional service or matching a favourite Marks & Spencer pattern.

At MrPottery we organise our available stock by pattern, shape and colour, with clear product details and condition grading to help you choose the best match for your existing St Michael Connaught tableware.
