WE ARE STILL SHIPPING GOODS WITHIN UK AND TO SOME INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS

We can no longer say it is business as usual. No one can right now. It's about as unusual as you can get.

However, as an online business we are not subject to the restrictions placed on physical shops. Government guidelines are clear, in that online shopping sites may remain open (and are encouraged to do so) and postal and delivery services will run as usual. So, we are for the time being continuing to ship replacement china to our customers. In fact, we will continue to do so as long as Royal Mail and Parcelforce are operating their parcel services, and it is safe for our team to do so.

We are running a very restricted team at the moment and taking all necessary precautions to protect both them and our customers. Inevitably this will lead to short delays (currently 1 to 2 working days) between order and dispatch.

Additionally, our couriers both here in the UK and overseas are under additional pressure right now. Please therefore, note that UK deliveries may take a day or two longer than the usual 24/48hour services.

For overseas deliveries please note that some countries both in and out of Europe have suspended services. Most others have implemented changes in the delivery process leading to delays. If you are ordering from a country with suspended services, we are happy to hold your order (on receipt of payment) pending resolution of the Covid-19 pandemic and/or the lifting of suspended services.
