Denby "Summerfields"

Denby Summerfields part of the Sherwood Collection is perhaps a lesser known design from the Denby Pottery having only had a relatively short run compared to Daybreak and Blue Dawn on the same shape for example. Pieces are therefore, rather hard to come by, although equally we don't get many people asking for it! It is very pretty however, with a burst of floral colour on a stoneware background and is very much loved by it's owners. It was designed by Thelma Hague.
