This is the lamp base in the discontinued Denby Savoy design.
When it comes to Savoy it's difficult to talk in terms of rare pieces as the whole service is very difficult to find in general. However, this is an exceptionally rare item.

This lamp base is supplied with used but tested fittings which will take a max. 60W bulb. A new long life low energy bulb is included.
