Queens China

Queens China can trace it's origins back as far as 1889 when George Warrilow moved his pottery business into the Queens Pottery in Sutherland Road, Longton, Staffordshire. George and his sons Harry, George and Frederick operated at the Queen's Pottery until 1895 when Fredirick left and 1901 when George left. Harry continued to run the business until 1940 when ownership passed to Rosina China Ltd. In 1988, production moved elsewhere and in the mid 90's Rosina China was swallowed up by the Churchill Group, who still produce ranges under the Queens China brand today.
