Replacement Myott

Myott Son & Co wurde 1898 von Ashley Myott gegründet. Gemeinsam mit seinem Bruder Sydney begannen sie mit der Produktion bei Alexander Pottery in Stoke. 1925 erweiterten sie ihr Werk um eine Fabrik in Cobridge und eine angrenzende Töpferei, die zusammen als Alexander Potteries bekannt wurden. Interpace (der größte Hersteller von Tischgeschirr in den USA) kaufte Myotts im Jahr 1969. Der Name blieb bis 1976 bestehen, bis das Unternehmen mit Alfred Meakin zur Myott-Meakin Ltd fusionierte. 1991 wurde das Unternehmen erneut aufgekauft, dieses Mal von der Churchill Group, die noch heute den Namen, die Produktionsrechte und die Werke besitzt.
