Royal Doulton Brambly Hedge refers to a range of tableware and collectibles issued by Royal Doulton to celebrate the illustrative picture books by a young author called Jill Barklem, which were published by Collins in 1980. There were four books, Spring Story, Summer Story, Autumn Story and Winter Story, and the ceramic range is divided into seasons. Royal Doulton also added further collections such as The Picnic, The Wedding, Tea Service and The Birthday.
