Midwinter Zambesi , hergestellt auf der Fashion Shape von Midwinter Pottery, ist eines der sammelwürdigeren und begehrtesten Designs aus dieser Zeit. Es wurde um 1956 herausgegeben und ist ein handgemaltes Design in Schwarz und Rot mit schwarzen Stammeslinien auf weißem Hintergrund. Zambesi- Stücke wurden an Griffen und Deckeln mit roten Akzenten versehen. Die Soßen- und Menagenständer sind vollständig rote Stücke.
