Wade Ceramics
Wade Ceramics traces it's origins back to 1810 when it started in Stoke on Trent. They initially produced products specifically for the wool and textile industries, but also bottles for the beer industry. Over it's history Wade continued it's relationship with breweries and distilleries and still produces pieces for the industry today. In 1954 they introduced their first set of Wade Whimsies, a series of miniature collectibles which they still make today, and became very popular amongst children at their affordable 'pocket money' prices. Some of these are highly collectible today. They have also made a wide range of decorative figurines, teapots and commemorative ware. In 2017 they rebranded and are still going strong today. While they are not really a tableware company we do seem to have collected a few Wade decorative items over the years and so we offer these Wade collectibles for sale on this page.
