Poole Pottery "Unknown 01A"

Poole Pottery Unknown 01A

Poole Pottery Unknown 01A is an unidentified Poole Pottery design featuring a small floral spray in warm yellows, orange, pink and blue. It has a gentle wild flower feel, similar in spirit to some of Poole’s garden, herb and country-inspired designs.

Poole Pottery Unknown 01A is our own reference for a discontinued Poole design which we have not yet been able to positively identify. The decoration features a pretty arrangement of small flowers, including yellow and orange daisy-like blooms, pink flower clusters and soft blue flowers, set against a plain white glazed body.

The design has the informal charm of Poole’s later garden and herb-inspired tableware, although we have not found a confirmed factory name for it. At present we are listing it under our Unknown 01A reference so that customers can still find and match pieces while the pattern remains unidentified.

As with many less common discontinued Poole Pottery designs, availability is likely to be limited and dependent on what comes into the pre-loved market. If you recognise this pattern or know its correct name, we would love to hear from you.
