Poole Pottery "Latte"

Poole Pottery Latte is a discontinued tableware range from Poole Pottery. Reliable published information about the pattern appears to be limited, so we avoid giving a firm designer or production date unless a catalogue reference comes to light.

The design combines a pale cream exterior with a warm coffee-coloured interior, creating a soft neutral look. The rounded cup shape, glossy finish and embossed lattice-style decoration on the outside give Latte a more modern character than Poole’s earlier plain glazed ranges.

Although it is a later design, Latte has a gentle visual connection with earlier Poole Twintone colour combinations such as Sepia and Mushroom. The effect is warmer and glossier, with the embossed surface adding texture rather than relying purely on the contrast between two glaze colours.
