Marks & Spencer "Tuscany"

Marks & Spencer Tuscany

Marks & Spencer Tuscany is a discontinued M&S tableware pattern on heavy terracotta pottery, with bold yellow and blue decoration accented in green and brown. It is a colourful departure from many of the finer white-bodied Marks & Spencer tableware ranges.

Marks & Spencer Tuscany was sold by Marks & Spencer and stands out from many of the retailer's more restrained tableware designs. It uses a heavy terracotta pottery body with bright yellow and blue decoration, accented by green and brown detail.

The pattern has a warm Mediterranean feel, helped by the terracotta body and strong colours. It is quite different from the fine bone china and simple white ranges often associated with St Michael and M&S tableware.

Pieces found in the range include dinner plates, soup or cereal bowls, sugar bowls and related tableware. When matching, compare both the body colour and the painted decoration, as the terracotta base is an important part of the design's character.

As Marks & Spencer Tuscany is discontinued tableware, replacement pieces are usually found through the pre-loved market. Availability can vary, but individual plates, bowls and sugar bowls are useful for completing a set, extending an everyday service or matching a favourite Marks & Spencer pattern.

At MrPottery we organise our available stock by pattern, shape and colour, with clear product details and condition grading to help you choose the best match for your existing Marks & Spencer Tuscany tableware.
