M & S "Nordic"

M & S Nordic was sold by Marks & Spencer under the M&S Home range and has a simple, contemporary feel. The design uses soft pastel tones on straight-sided stoneware shapes, giving the pieces a clean Scandinavian-inspired look.

Nordic appears in more than one colour, including white, teal and blue pieces. When replacing a cup, saucer or related item, compare the exact colour as well as the shape, as the same range includes several closely related colour options.

The pieces currently most often found include espresso cups and saucers, which rely on shape, colour and proportion rather than heavy decoration. Matching cups and saucers by colour is particularly important with this type of range.
