Johnson Brothers Hearts and Flowers was produced from 1967 to 1991 and belongs to the Old Granite series of Johnson Brothers tableware. The design features a nostalgic Dutch couple scene, decorative hearts, flowers and soft blue detail, giving it a folk-art character reminiscent of traditional blue delftware.

For customers looking to replace a broken mug, add extra dinner plates, find cereal bowls, or build up a larger service, Hearts and Flowers remains a very popular discontinued pattern. Mugs, plates and bowls are often in short supply, so individual pieces can be particularly desirable when they become available.

The Old Granite base gives the pattern a slightly rustic country feel, and shade, size and backstamp variations can occur across different production periods. As with many discontinued Johnson Brothers ranges, availability varies by piece, so it is worth checking our current stock regularly if you are trying to complete, extend or carefully match an existing Hearts and Flowers set.
