J & G Meakin "Blue Nordic"

J & G Meakin Blue Nordic, sometimes referred to as Blue Onion, is a well known design made by a number of potteries over the years. It features a blue floral design in. the centre and a border design accented by the blue onion shape seed. When Wedgwood took control of the J & G Meakin works, the patter was renamed to Blue Onion.
