Hornsea "Fleur (Green)"

Hornsea Fleur Green was introduced in 1973 and remained in production for many years, becoming one of Hornsea Pottery’s best known tableware designs. Usually known simply as Fleur, the green version features a stylised floral pattern in green and brown on a cream ground, using the same broad family of shapes as Hornsea Heirloom.

The design was created by Sara Vardy, whose textile design background is reflected in the pattern’s repeating floral motif and balanced layout.
