Denby Tasmin was introduced in 1989 and designed by Claire Bernard, one of Denby’s most recognisable designers of the late 20th century. It remained in production for several years, forming part of a period where Denby explored softer, more decorative floral styles alongside its traditional stoneware ranges.
The design features a subtle, flowing floral motif in shades of pink, mauve and soft grey, set against a warm, lightly speckled glaze. The decoration has a gentle, almost watercolour quality, giving Tasmin a refined and understated appearance that contrasts nicely with some of Denby’s bolder patterns.
Produced on elegant, rounded shapes with softly coloured interiors and rims, Denby Tasmin has a cohesive and timeless feel, making it suitable for both everyday use and more relaxed table settings.
As a now discontinued pattern, availability depends on what becomes available in the pre-loved market. While a good range of pieces was originally produced, certain items can be harder to source than others.
For those looking to replace or extend an existing set, Denby Tasmin offers a graceful and characterful option within the Denby range, combining durability with a softer decorative style.
