Denby Mugs – Regions & Counties is a series of mugs produced during the late 1970s and early 1980s, celebrating different regions and counties across the United Kingdom. Each mug represents a specific area, making the range particularly appealing to both collectors and those with a personal connection to a place.

The series includes thirteen designs in total: Cumbria, East Anglia, East Midlands, Heart of England, London, North West, Northumbria, Scotland, South East, Thames & Chiltern, Wales, West Country and Yorkshire. Each design has its own character, contributing to the overall variety within the collection.

As with many Denby mug series from this period, some designs are more commonly found than others. Examples such as London and West Country tend to appear more frequently, while others including Thames & Chiltern and Cumbria are less often seen and can be more sought after.

Now discontinued, the Regions & Counties series remains popular with collectors looking to complete a full set, as well as with customers seeking a mug linked to a particular part of the country. Availability can vary depending on the design, as supply is dependent on what becomes available in the pre loved market.
